Johnson was honored to be on a panel with Martin Kenney, Paul Martin, Paul Austin and Dr. Alexander Stein PhD that presented “The End Of The Baby Boomer Generation And The Largest Succession Of Wealth In History – a New Frontier in Asset Recovery?” at the Forty Second Cambridge Symposium on Economic Crime, Jesus College of the University of Cambridge, Cambridge, England, on September 2, 2025. The panel had a two-hour workshop where they discussed psychological insights into fraud disputes arising in the context of family succession, examples of the kinds of wealth holding/lawful tax avoiding structures that wealthy families have typically used, the impact of incapacity or death to the patriarch or matriarch and the opportunities for fraudulent activity, legal issues that arise when acting to recover loss, and settlement strategies and tools to resolve these kinds of fraud claims. The Cambridge Symposium is organized on a non-profit basis by some of the world’s most respected academic and research institutions with the active involvement and support of numerous governmental and inter-governmental bodies. The symposium promotes understanding of the real issues in controlling economically motivated crime and facilitate co-operation and effective action to remedy the crime.
